We are seeking a candidate looking to build a career in the technology consulting industry. This is a position that will grow with our Agency! As a sales development representative, you’ll be our clients first experience with our firm and brand. You’ll be responsible for sales prospecting, lead generation, brand evangelism, attending events, and sales collateral creation. The ideal candidate is an experienced, passionate sales professional with the ability to attain and exceed revenue goals in this very competitive, high-growth space while building relationships with major global brands and institutions as well as emerging startups and social movements.

  • Pipeline Generation

  • Sales Communications (Phone Scripts, Email Templates, and Keynote Decks)

Revenue Responsibilities:

  • Self-Organized and Self-Directed
  • Achieve at least $350K in qualified, pitched leads resulting in at least $100K in closed business per month (measured on a 3-month average)
  • Focus on developing lead generation relationships directly with major brands, institutions, and social movements
  • Deliver at least $1.2M annual sales pipeline from new clients, not including incremental recurring revenue from existing clients
  • Responsible for new client target development and attribution of those targets to specific client-focused strategies

Client & Sales Strategies:

  • Create company sales collateral including, but not limited to, phone scripts, email templates, presentation decks, etc.
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative, effective and scalable client development strategies
  • Contribute to thought leadership identifying and analyzing key “Platinum” accounts for aggressive prospecting and dramatic growth
  • Work collaboratively with the account and discipline leads across the organization and our partners
  • Adapt lead generation initiatives based on specifically identified client interests and preferences
  • Develop personal relationships with key clients to gain market share across different customer verticals
  • Work with marketing team and partners to provide input in the development of sales and marketing materials, including content, positioning, and pitch materials

  • 2-4 Years of Business Development Experience
  • Digital Native (but not subject matter expert)
  • Excellent at Booking Meetings
  • Excellent References (Past Supervisors and 1-2 Clients)


  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university
  • 2-4 years of sales experience with a focus on prospecting and client acquisition, preferably for a technology consulting, strategy, design or other related fields
  • Great attitude and hunger for learning new technologies and skills
  • Have excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal)
  • Flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to determine what needs to be done and operates with a sense of urgency, focus, and discipline
  • Team player, with a strong sense of ownership and a 'get things done' attitude
  • Contacts within the marketing organizations of major brands – ideally related to strategic marketing and or technological initiatives – as well as with the agencies that service these brands
  • Demonstrated track record developing and maintaining relationships with multiple divisions and company leaders to ensure appropriate communications and a coordinated approach to maximizing successes with clients
  • Proven success at meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong creative sales strategist, with prior success with development and execution of new business plans for complex client organizations
  • Demonstrated capability of self-direction and motivation
  • Creative problem solver who is invigorated by client challenges
