Conclusion Phase

Following successful deployment of every project a debriefing and "lessons learned" stage is conducted with your company. During this final phase of the project, original business goals are re-examined to determine the overall success of the engagement. At the conclusion for the first cycle we will work with your company to plan the next release, or determine maintenance and support for the existing deliverables.
